OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
1. Any return and refund must be authorized by Magic Goods customer service.
2. Defective or broken products are replaced. Replacement is being shipped without any additional cost to customers after the recipient emails photos of the defective product and describe the defect. Customers’ service will notify the customer if he is required to ship back the defective items.
3. If a package is lost and does not arrive within a reasonable time, we will ship a replacement with no charge.
4. In any other case when a return is approved, handling and shipping fee cannot be refunded and the customer is required to ship the product unused, in a perfect condition and at its own cost. When we receive the product in our warehouse, we will approve the refund. The address where the customer should ship back the package is:
